Gaggia’s long standing tradition of quality and experience in espresso-making have joined forces with the advanced technology of the Caffita System, an innovative method of packaging coffee in capsules. An exact amount (8g) of ground coffee is vacuum-sealed in a disposable, ready-to-use capsule, producing a great cup of genuine Italian espresso. Gaggia selected just two from its complete range of espresso makers and fitted them with this unique extraction system which gets all the best from the Caffita capsule method. The Caffita capsule is structured specifically to allow the water to fully irrigate each tiny grain of coffee, which guarantees a consistenty even flow of coffee and, above all, an excellent brew in the cup.
